Starring two exceptional coffees from our friends at the Campesino Committee of the Highlands (CCDA) in Guatemala with whom we’ve been involved in a direct trade relationship since 2014.
These two micro-lots in our seasonal Holiday Blend are a natural processed coffee which contributes tangy fruit layers and body, and a honey processed offering which adds a different element of fruitiness where sweetness is predominant. These beans are combined with an excellent blend of washed coffees from co-ops in Central and South America which provide depth, as well as splashes of robust Ugandan and sweet, earthy Indonesian.
The result is a cup of coffee that is balanced, layered and sweet, and will certainly light up your day as we enter the darkest time of the year.
