Happy Holidays! This year we’ve chosen to feature a unique coffee from Honduras: Honduras FTO Liquidambar anaerobic natural. Produced on the Liquidambar farm in the highlands of western Honduras, this coffee is dried on raised beds with the fruit intact before being placed in closed fermentation tanks for up to two days. The result is an unusually sweet, fruity and tangy experience. To create some balance and depth to this we’ve paired it with a heavy but gentle Bolivian. The resulting Holiday Blend is sweet and tart with a layered body and a noticeable level of acidity. Flavour notes include caramel, chocolate and a lovely, balanced, fruitiness.
