Medium-Dark Blend
In order to create a coffee blend that is lively and festive for 2026, we chose a combination of honeyed and naturally processed coffee from Honduras and Guatemala, naturally processed Ethiopian Sidama, and a wet hulled Java. The naturals contribute tangy fruit layers and body, the honey provides a different element of fruitiness where sweetness is predominant, and the wet hulled grounds the blend with a hint of earthiness.
The result is a cup of coffee that is balanced, both sweet and tart, and will certainly light up your day as we enter the darkest time of the year.
